We have had a few occasions when in between our regular service, we have experienced ants in our home and our technician, Brent has always done his best to take care of the problem quickly and extremely efficiently while explaining in detail what to expect from the additional treatments. In addition he is always quite pleasant and friendly!
I appreciate the fact that you will come out for problems in addition to my regular bi-monthly treatment at no additional charge. I do feel Clark is helping keep my property and more importantly my pets free from ticks and fleas which is very important to me.
Your serviceman is always in and out smoothly and can be taken for granted as doing a good job. When I get to talk to him he is always courteous.
