Always Professional.
I have been with Clark for many years now and they have always been responsive to my needs. I appreciate being able to call for an unscheduled treatment and have such a rapid response. However, I'm a bit underwhelmed with their response to my latest outdoor flea infestation. They have been out three times to spray in the last month and I still can't even go out and water the plants without getting hammered by fleas. Your reps are so sweet and always call before they (He) come (we have a dog). They always let us know when they arrive. And they are so good at cleaning out cob webs and whatever else needs to be cleaned away. Thank you!

Since we are only at the home part-time, it is a bit hard to give you a fact-based assessment. We have encountered very few problems and in each case your technician dealt with them as soon as we reported them. We rarely are present when the work is done but the summary is left as we requested on time every other month and the work appears to have been done with no disturbance to the house or yard.
