I miss our technician's treatment almost every time . Although it seems everything is being done, I would love to have a pre-visit call so I can mention things that are of a concern to our family. I realize I can call anytime I have a pest issue, but it would seem a better use of your team by taking care of my "issue" during the regular treatment.
We continued to have ant problems after you sprayed.... We contacted and you came back and re-sprayed the fence area where the trouble was. There was no charge for the second visit, and we appreciate that. Thank you.

This was the first time for the Clark maintenance person to visit our home. We will have to review his performance on future visits to completely assess on-time arrival and thoroughness of treatment around our property.
Technicians are always courteous and do a thorough work. Only one incident regarding pill bugs, that even after the treatment did not eliminate the infestation. Not a big deal. Ran to home depot and purchased a recommended treatment and eliminated most of the infestation overnight and gradually mitigating the problem over time. We are happy with Clark and will continue the services. It is the regular treatment schedule that keeps most of the bugs out of our house. Always great service, and no spiders in the house!!
I've recently gone through a transition from our former technician to the new one. The older, experienced tech was "on it" with any and all requests. Our new guy (Willie) seems to be okay, but still learning. Willie came out to de-bug the interior of my home, yet the spiders and ants continue to emerge. I'll call him again to another visit. I don't want toxic chemicals in my home, but I don't want bugs/insects/rodents either.
