this is an average rating. it equates from a 4 for getting the job done and a less than 2 for continuing to show up at our door saying you have an appointment. clearly our ideas of having an appointment differ. calling us and leaving a voicemail of a time when you will show up and/or sending us an e-mail or card in the mail is not an appointment. us calling you back to confirm schedule and agree on a time is. it is furstrating as a customer to be told when we need to be here for you. this needs to be a part of the service if... read more
