This rating is based on our current Clark service. We now have Jesse, who has been diligent, friendly and helpful. He has restored our faith in Clark, prior to Jesse we had good service for years, and then were re-assigned to a service rep who either sat in his car for the duration of service, or sometimes walked around the house perimeter, never removed cobwebs from porch eaves and whether he sprayed is doubtful. I called my service and Gregg, my service guy, called me back within 5 minutes. That is what I call great service.
Robert Barringer is always on time, always calls to make an appointment, is always pleasant and helpful. He takes care to cover his shoes before coming into our home and is careful with his ladder when accessing the roof space. He also always cleans up any debris as necessary. Robert does a great job.
Excellent customer service and their technician's do a fantastic job of spraying and communicating.
