We are very happy with your service. The last severe "ant" problem took several returns but, was resolved. The one improvement I would very much appreciate, is to be to called anytime ahead of the planned service calls. When there is a problem area that is not obvious, we need to be home in order to have it addressed. Due to our location, there are times when the routine spraying does not do the job.

I receive excellent service from Derek Olivas every time he comes by...he always addresses any issues I may have in an expedient and professional manner...kudos to Derek...he is awesome!

Travis has been serving my property well for years. He is extremely knowledgeable and doesn't mind coaching me with seasonal insights to help me keep the insects away. I appreciate the fact Clark Pest Control allows Travis to come out between usual appointments when the spiders unusually bad and the one shot doesn't control them! It has been very helpful for Travis to take the extra step of texting me rather than just the hit or miss on the cell phone call to set up an appointment. I don't have a landline. All of your service techs have been wonderful (prompt, courteous and cognizant of wearing protective footwear when entering my house). My current service tech Adam, is outstanding; knowledgeable and very professional!! If I have to make a call to your office for a particular pest problem, the message is relayed to the tech so they are prepared. They are wonderful. Always on schedule and even when I need them to come out for an extra process. They are very friendly and helpful and aware of my dogs. I always know when a different tech comes out because Eric does an excellent job!

The quickest answer is "we have been customers for 18 years". Very professional technicians, very knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with. Cory has been our technician for several years now. Always waves to us as he drives through the neighborhood.
