Service technician is good, and even came back to check something I noticed after he left. However, I did not receive advance notice he was coming this time. I checked my phone log and email spam folder and did not see a message about it. I received an email requesting this review, which confirms your emails will get to me. I prefer receiving an email notice the day before a visit. Thanks, Jay Huff

Our inspector was Pavel. I appreciate that he always calls beforehand to schedule our appointment and let me know he is coming by. He helped get rid of the rats in my crawl space, and takes the time to explain to me how they got in and what he is doing. Giving a five star. :-)

Ange was terrific. He returned as a follow up, When the regular tech did his scheduled spray. I was in the shower when the tech arrived & by the time I came to the door he was gone. I went around my house & spotted the incomplete job, called the office & asked to have the tech return. The office receptionist told me she contacted the tech & he would return as he was still in the area. One hour later I contacted the office again, she would contact the tech - he said he would return. I was home ALL day, he never returned... read more

Rick Myre does a great job taking care of our bugs. I am always disappointed when I come home and realize that I missed his visit and his smiling face.

Rating is a five star. However, it would be great to get an email or phone call when the technician comes to the house. If there is a call I don't think I am getting them. Thank you
