Very pleased that I can count on my service tech to control the pest problem, which is usually lots of ants. I was also relieved a few months ago when I spotted ant problems, called Clark and an additional service appt was scheduled at no additional charge. With the current drought and high temperatures, ants can be a headache, glad I can call Clark when needed.
Every other month the Ninja technicians come and go. They have kept my house basically bug free.
Patrick communicates with me prior to the scheduled date to confirm. He also calls to let me know when he is 15-20 minutes away from arriving. He takes the time to review what issues may need attention and his recommendation to resolve the issue. He is courteous and professional in his interactions. I am very satisfied with his service.
