Technician was very good very thorough and went out of his way to explain preventive things that can be done
Jason from Clark is the best. I can text or email and get prompt attention. Whether it is ants, spiders or rats. He comes over immediately and eradicates the problem. Great communication and prompt help.

With every contact, it is a new representative. Thus far I have no complaints on the service, more so how my bill goes up periodically WITHOUT prior notice and why does it go up? Not long ago it went up $10. Last month it went up $5 ?????????? why

Needed VA termite inspection, and Mike Javius came out to service the house. He explained the inspection and took care of it.
Excellent always let’s me know when your hear. & has come back once when I was having more spiders the usual and came once when I called because I had carpenter bees drilling into the bottom of my patio bench
