Bob is the Clark employee servicing our house, he is professional, efficient and very customer oriented. We are very pleased with the service he has provided us.
I was a previous client of Brooks and would be notified 24-hours in advance when they were visiting my house. I only know when Clark’s has been to my house when I see the card at my doorstep. A heads up would be extremely appreciated so I can make the necessary arrangements (leaving garage open, moving dog bowl, etc.). Clark has failed short to remove all mud nests alongside the eaves of my house.

Great service provider. He makes sure to check if we have any specific needs each month. He always does a great job.
I had an ant problem, and Brooks made the initial visits. The main problem was cured ... zero ants. That was great, but there still were/are issues. I can understand that "things" get mixed-up when transferring from Brooks to Clark. 1) There is a different "technician" each time. That would not be a problem ... IF ... the prior technician made thorough notes about his visit. But that doesn't seem to happen, with the result that it's like we're starting from Square One each visit. 2) There seems to be no common knowled... read more
Our regular service provider is out of office currently. We were thrilled with the service Glenn Enright provided! He was friendly, engaging, pros yo and knowledgeable. He did the most thorough service we’ve ever had andexplained areas of concern and steps he took to ensure eradication. He also noticed we have ground squirrels and provided information about your Pest Plus Service. We hope that he remains on our route moving forward. If he stays this consistent, you’ll never lose our business.
