As always, Erick takes good care of my property to eliminate pests, he checks the traps and treats the perimeter for ants, spiders, etc. I am very pleased with Erick's performance and his positive attitude.
I realize it’s probably very difficult to keep operators long term. So I would guess notes on your accounts are critical for continuity. In the last two years, I don’t believe I’ve had the same operator come to the house for service, more than twice. It’s almost always a new person. So I wind up going over all the same things with the new guy that I just covered with his predecessor. That is very frustrating.
