The service at my home has been fine. What caused my rating of 3 stars in the total lack of follow up with my multiple requests to be notified prior to the service person's arrival so that I can bring in my dog and make the back side of my home available to him. Three requests and only one advance call. Not acceptable
My tech does a great job and he’s very nice!

Several times there has been miscommunication regarding what day/time the tech is arriving for my bimonthly inspections. I've had to call Clark several times to try to straighten this out. It's been frustrating.
Technician polite, helpful and positive!!
Jeremy took a personal interest in this job and made sure that the problem was solved (it was!). I think he went an extra mile. He always let me know when he was coming, was on time and worked hard.
