We called Clark about a possible rat problem in our basement,. A representative from Clark (Wilbur O.) came within a few days of our phone call and did a very thorough, systematic search. He found the entry rodents were using around our foundation and the exclusion team successfully blocked access to the foundation and resolved the problem. Our thanks to Wilbur, Ian and the other technicians from Clark that did such a great job.

This company used to be good some years ago. Their service has fallen off a cliff. At best, you could say it's performative. At worst, dishonest. So, the guy found an entry point. But no one would look further because they didn't want to "get their clothes dirty." Seriously. I could be their grandma, but I had to do it myself. The one guy said he would set 3 traps, but he set 1. Again, had to do it myself. I asked multiple times how long a rodent can live without water, but no one gave a clear answer. No show at appointment on September 8, 2022. Clark had contacted me to schedule the appointment and I had rescheduled my morning and cancelled meetings / calls to meet with the Clark technician to complete the termite inspection, who was a no show. Clark never had the decency of calling or following up. Highly unprofessional and inconvenient.

Was great until recently, but then the tech stopped calling ahead so we could remove our pets belongings and was rude upon arrival. Remember offered half offer next service but they build full price and then didn't even show up for the follow-up as the problem persisted. We have since canceled only to receive an email requesting this review.
