If I could leave a negative review, I would. Who in their right mind talks a vulnerable person into declawing an adult cat? They call to cancel due to a change of heart and you manipulate the conversation to have them go into the practice to gaslight and control the narrative. Shame on you. You should have your license pulled. Have the day you deserve.

Lost a loyal customer of over 10 years. Make sure you don't go a year without an appointment (we didn't have a pet for a year after our dog was put to sleep) Wanted to bring our new puppy in and was treated like we were "new" and not very well. Extremely disappointed, always recommended these guys to everyone we knew.
Very displeased with out of line billing practices. Wanting to charge over $1300 to remove a skin tag of my dog. The vet's exam was less than 2 minutes and didnt even look at the reason for bringin the pet in. Went to another vet in Muskegon that provided a thorough exam and the price was less than $500 for the same procedure

My mom had a perfectly healthy Shih-Zu who was more than a regular office visit – I’m talking at least once every three weeks. She brought him in at least twice regarding swollen lymph nodes in his legs and chin and Dr. Anderson did not even put her hands on her dog to check. It wasn’t until his cancer had already spread into his liver and kidney. The decline was so rapid and Dr. Anderson did absolutely nothing – not even a follow up call. RecommendedClarke animal hospital is a joke do not bring your animals there. (I only selected would recommend bc it wouldn't post my review when I clicked would not. I would give 0 stars if I could. All this place cares about is money! Two of my dogs were patients here on a payment plan for at least 3-4 months prior to this event. I’m not sure what’s going on with them but I could call and get my dog in at anytime and now they are booking a month out . After 20 years with them I ended up switching to another office so my dogs could be seen and they didn’t even care that I moved my dogs to another veterinarian. Sad .
Refuses to give copies of our animals' x-rays, dodging calls and recommending $20k+ surgeries, highly suspicious behavior. Don't take your animals to these frauds unless you like to be taken for a ride.
