My mom had a perfectly healthy Shih-Zu who was more than a regular office visit – I’m talking at least once every three weeks. She brought him in at least twice regarding swollen lymph nodes in his legs and chin and Dr. Anderson did not even put her hands on her dog to check. It wasn’t until his cancer had already spread into his liver and kidney. The decline was so rapid and Dr. Anderson did absolutely nothing – not even a follow up call. Clarke animal hospital is a joke do not bring your animals there. (I only selected would recommend bc it wouldn't post my review when I clicked would not. I would give 0 stars if I could. All this place cares about is money! Two of my dogs were patients here on a payment plan for at least 3-4 months prior to this event. I took my dog here after she suffered a bite to the face from a puppy w needle teeth that broke skin. They kept giving me the run around and it took 4 separate visits which we left w antibiotics that didn'... read more

I’m not sure what’s going on with them but I could call and get my dog in at anytime and now they are booking a month out . After 20 years with them I ended up switching to another office so my dogs could be seen and they didn’t even care that I moved my dogs to another veterinarian. Sad .

Refuses to give copies of our animals' x-rays, dodging calls and recommending $20k+ surgeries, highly suspicious behavior. Don't take your animals to these frauds unless you like to be taken for a ride.

Thanks to our vet of 19 years, Clarke Animal hospital who we’ve had Paw Plans on both of our labs (basically health ins for pets) kicks you in the teeth. A quick office visit, ear cleaning and meds which they were booked out for over a month…… Something as minor as an ear infection (yeast infection) Very easily treatable can’t get you in right away. We were told to look for another vet or wait to be seen by them turns from mild to severe in a matter of a couple days. Both my labs have had ear infections in the past, somethin... read more

I called and told them my dog can't walk and I'm afraid she's dying,the lady of the phone stayed silent for about 5 or 6 seconds and then said...well we r booked til Oct but ill put u on the cancelation list...WOW really? no concern about my dog not walking all of a sudden?

Listen to customers. we denied the flu and lime shots. They gave them anyways and charged us an extra $80. knew we should have went to dunstan...... will not be going here again.

They just want your money. They don’t really care about your pet. Even if they do have cancer and you have tons questions. They are just to busy to call you back. Very poor communication skills. They can’t even call you to let you know they got your message and will send it to the Dr.. just so you don’t have to worry all day. Won’t be going back there. I don’t want my pet to have his last days around people who just don’t care.
