Thanks to our vet of 19 years, Clarke Animal hospital who we’ve had Paw Plans on both of our labs (basically health ins for pets) kicks you in the teeth. A quick office visit, ear cleaning and meds which they were booked out for over a month…… Something as minor as an ear infection (yeast infection) Very easily treatable can’t get you in right away. I called and told them my dog can't walk and I'm afraid she's dying,the lady of the phone stayed silent for about 5 or 6 seconds and then said...well we r booked til Oct but ill put u on the cancelation list...WOW really? no concern about my dog not walking all of a sudden?

Listen to customers. we denied the flu and lime shots. They gave them anyways and charged us an extra $80. knew we should have went to dunstan...... will not be going here again.

They just want your money. They don’t really care about your pet. Even if they do have cancer and you have tons questions. They are just to busy to call you back. Very poor communication skills. They can’t even call you to let you know they got your message and will send it to the Dr.. just so you don’t have to worry all day. Won’t be going back there. I don’t want my pet to have his last days around people who just don’t care.

We boarded our dog over a holiday week-end. When we picked her up her coat looked funny like they sprayed something on her. By morning she was dead. Stay away from this place.

Well we put our dog down last week Monday and they lost our dogs ashes We are definitely not happy about this and want it fixed ASAP or i’m getting a hold of problem solvers from fox17

When I told them what shots I would like done, the Dr came in with a shot ready and pretty much told me that he's going to give him these ones instead of what I wanted. The tick I brought in was identified as a type that carries Lyme disease yet the Dr. felt that it wasn't. The physical exam that was 50$ took around 17 seconds of looking down his throat and into one ear.... only reason I went here was bc they were able to get me in the same day... I'll see you in the future fruitport animal hospital
