Our elderly dog was experiencing some symptoms that were alarming to us, so we reached out to this clinic. We felt it necessary to have an exam prior to any end of life treatment, however due to finances we needed to know prices before taking our dog out and risk further distress for him. On the phone my husband asked the vet on duty how much the visit would be. She told him the exam would be $175 and euthanasia would be $190, however if the exam determined that euthanasia was the best treatment then the $175 would go tow... read more

We have found comfort in knowing we have an emergency vet should the time ever arise. My experience made me not feel real great anymore. My cat had a hole form in her neck from a feeding tube removal complication and had food coming out of the side of her neck. We waited from 9pm-12am to even be invited into the building. We waited 12am-1am in a waiting room without ever seeing any staff. We didn’t leave until after 3am. It was miserable and exhausting. The vet was nice but couldn’t do much for our cat so I was out 6.5 hours... read more

Seems like they were only there for the money! They kept trying to force sedation for an exam, I called twice to let them know my dog needed a muzzle bc he gets nervous around vets , they said that was fine but once I got there I was told they didn’t believe in muzzles and they would rather sedate him! I’d also like to know why they had to take him to a separate room with a code on the door to do an exam?! He was ABSOLUTELY TRAUMATIZED and it took me 3 days to get him to stop shaking, I don’t know what they did but I will no... read more

this place is a joke! my dog was in labor and could not push out here puppies so we rushed to them. they charged us 1000 be for they would even see here dor them to do nothing but give her a ultrasound and say the puppies heads were too big that she needed a c section and wanted another 3000 that we did not have and told us that since we couldn't afford it that they could just give her antibiotics and send her home we refused bc why would we take our dog home to die like that. so basically we were forced to put her down bc t... read more

I would have recommended them when they first opened and had doctors and proper staff. I brought two animals in after hours that were on death’s doorstep. They had an anaphylactic reaction to a vaccine. I was informed there was no doctor on staff and offered a vet 45 minutes away. When I informed them that my babies would die before we got there I was told to “pull myself together” and they offered to euthanize. Why would you even be open if you can’t treat? Thankfully Animal House was able to take the emergency and the bab... read more

Took my female puppy who was hit by a car here. Unfortunately they have a money monopoly going since no one else even remotely close is open…. Front desk staff was wonderful, but I was told multiple conflicting data about her injuries and the extent of them. $2000+ I left with a medicated puppy that’s leg wound was cleaned and splinted and wrapped. $2000+ dollars!!!!!!! They told us she would need surgery on multiple areas to fix her! We opted to take her to a specialist the following day (Monday) After a recheck of her and ... read more

Jennie, We’re sorry that you had to experience a sudden accident with your puppy and hope she is recovering well. We understand emergency animal medical expenses are often unexpected. Our board-certified surgeons have advanced training and may have slightly higher fees, but our pricing is comparable with other veterinary emergency and specialist hospitals in the area. We also provide estimates to help clarify potential costs upfront. In some cases we stabilize patients, then they can receive follow up care from their regular... read more
We were out of town when our senior dog was taken to this clinic from the kennel. When I spoke to the vet, she recommended countless blood tests as well as an MRI. The dog was 16 1/2 years old, mostly blind, mostly deaf and had problems walking very far. Yet the vet kept pushing all these life saving tests on me. I declined extraordinary measures and ended up having my daughter drive from Nashville to pick the dog up. When she got there, the dog was brought to her car in a stretcher. My daughter called me when she got he... read more
