RecommendedThe level of care and concern for my Cat is outstanding.
Recently visited to unfortunately lay my sweet baby to rest. I can’t recommend them enough. The compassion and care they showed me was unmatched. Such a horrible night for me but they did everything in their power to make me and my baby comfortable. The staff got me several keep sakes which I will cherish forever. Thank you for helping my baby cross the rainbow bridge with dignity and for being so sweet to me in the process!
I love the online check in so you can wait at home until they are ready for you. The staff was amazing and the facility was so clean, no smell or anything. The doctor did a great job of explaining, preparing me and caring for my pup. The fees were reasonable and the timeliness was great. We will be switching to them as our primary veterinary!
My 14 y/o minpin Dutchess collapsed after coming inside from the bathroom. It was determined she had a heart murmur. Medication was prescribed and she improved. I needed more medication and it was taken care of and I’m grateful for the service that was provided. I recommend them and their services.
They saved my bestfriends life!! My pup needed emergency surgery for an obstruction. The entrie staff was above and beyond and extremely professional. Had me in a room immediately and had ultrasound and diagnosis in 15mins. Doctor Nate was amazing, his sense of urgency and kind demeanor, reassured me that Arlo was in good hands. Dr. Stegeman and staff took great care of my elderly, anxious pup. They were thorough in their examination, explained everything with great detail, and took the time to make sure I understood. The plan of action and cost was laid out ahead of time with no room for confusion, and a plan of action for the future course of treatment was equally reviewed. I feel confident that NVS will provide the best possible care for my pup in the future as well! Highly recommended for internal medicine!
My puppy ingested a toxic mushroom on Christmas Eve. My local vet on call didn’t answer after numerous attempts. The staff told me to call animal poison to be able to identify the toxin.. The staff cared for my puppy and kept overnight to give urgent care. The next morning, Christmas Day, they called and she acted as if nothing ever happened to her. Thank you care team!!
