NVS went above and beyond. They were on a suspension due to emergency procedures and kept us updated for over 24 hours so that we knew our pet wasn’t forgotten about. When they finally could get us in, we were in and out in under 30 mins. Highly recommend!

They were unable to see our dog for stitches for a few hours but once she got there, they were great. They sent follow up email to our vet and were as nice as they could be.
This was our first experience with this group and both my husband and I were impressed. One of our pups crossed to the rainbow bridge at home on a Friday night so our usual vet wasn’t open. They were very patient walking us thru the process and made it as streamline as possible. Upon arrival they were efficient and respectful. They even sent a follow up card. Their effort shows that they love what they do and we appreciated it very much.
So thankful for your team saving my Sadie today, she was the Standard Poodle with the ball stuck in her throat. She is precious to me and I am so glad you were there for us!

Excellent experience. My dog got the best treatment! He was sick on Mother’s Day!The staff was kind and respectful! My dog wasn’t critical so I had to wait for the more critical patients to go ahead of him. The staff politely kept me informed if he was pushed back! He was finally seen and taken care of.
