Having been to other dealerships and not having a good experience, I was thrilled with my experience at Central. In all my years of purchasing many many vehicles this by far was the most polite and pleasant experience. Had a bad experience with another dealer and ended up at Central Kia in Plano. After weeks of dealing with complete failed attempts to buy a car and jerk care salesmen I FINALLY found what I needed. We recently bought a pre-owned 2005 Audi A4 from Central Kia in Plano and I have to say it was a very easy deal. I put in an online request for a price through Edmunds and received a very quick response, they even asked me what color and options I wanted. If this dealership has a quality control program, they clearly do not use it. Our brand new car (with less than 50 miles) has already been in the shop where they had to remove the bumpers to fix a "known issue". So we had the car for less than a week before something had to be fixed at the dealership. In my opinion, the car should have been throughly checked out and cleaned before it was available for sale. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. My service advisor Jacob O’Neal gave me nothing but runaround and never followed up. Jose Guerra was extremely rude and nasty when I dropped off my car. They don’t answer the phone here, they don’t return calls or messages, and the customer service people are just as bad— they avoid your calls, forward you to voicemail, and never give you straight answers. On June 6th, my mother—who has been a loyal Kia and Hyundai customer for years—brought her vehicle in for service at this dealership.
