Worst service experience EVER! Dropped my car off for a recall issue on a Monday, never heard a word from my service advisor until Thursday when a text was sent to my relative (designated contact) to notify the parts were in (parts we were never told about) and then after my relative contacted them on Friday they said the car would be done that afternoon. I went to pick up the car, again never spoke to my service advisor, drove my car home. Two days later I get emails that my car had been transferred to service....and then o... read more
I’ve been a loyal customer of Central Kia of Plano for years, having purchased my last two vehicles here and getting all my service done as well. Unfortunately, my recent experience has left me extremely disappointed. Without any prior notice, they now charge a 3% fee for using credit cards, and they failed to inform me of this until after my service was completed. I understand that businesses need to make money, but accepting credit cards should be a basic cost of doing business, not something passed on to customers. I feel... read more

I have 2023 kia sorento s I bought from this dealership 2 months ago and and only drove from 1800 miles and it got check engine light come when I take my car they to me you have to leave the car for diagnosis and don't have loner car available at the moment but I been calling them over 10 days they keep telling so many excuses that they don't have any yet. I have tried to get hold of supervisor over service she is never there. When they want to sell a car they come up with a lot of promises and warranty. I am very disappoint... read more
I asked the service fellow to put paper on seat and he did not. Then they parked my car in mud.
We have taken car to other Kia repair shops and it took 6 weeks before they even looked at the car then they made repairs that did not correct the underlying issues. They also charged for repairs that were under warranty. Finally we found a place that looked to the car immediately and identified the true issues.
THIS LOCATION STOLE MY MONEY AND DESTROYED THE RESALE VALUE OF MY CAR. What Kia won't tell you is the resale value of your car will plumet once its off the lot since they don't know how to fix the security issues associated with their cars. My wife's 2020 Kia and my 2019 Forte have been cur in half due to all of the KIA BOY BREAK INs that have been occurring and the company will do nothing to fix it until your car gets destroyed. Then, when I took it to the dealership, they couldn't even replace my key fob and now I have to ... read more
Central Kia dealership Plano change oil and light started flickering. Took back and advised oil pressure switch need replaced for $880.00. Way too much for repair so I call other mechanic and great quote but he advised my part was under extended warranty and deal should fix at no cost. I called Frisco kia verified with Vin repair free under extended recall warranty.
