Clay was very helpful in getting our refi done on our house. We had an FHA loan and wanted to get rid of the PMI so we refinanced to a conventional loan. Clay walked us through the process step by step and we couldn't have been happier with how our refi went!

San Diego 2017, it is an insanely difficult housing market for buyers. We contacted Clay Murray after reading other positive online reviews and were not disappointed. As a first time home buyer I was not familiar with what needed to be done or the terminology, Clay always made time to explain things to me and walked me through the entire process. I would definitely recommend using Clay Murray if your in the San Diego area, and if I'm ever in the market for buying another home that is who I will be contacting!
Clay is the person that you want in your corner fighting for you. From the beginning of our sit down meeting to the end of our transaction Clay has done nothing but better not only my life but my wife and son's life. Sitting down with clay we were able to identify fraud on my wife's credit report and he personally paid and expedited the removal of false reports on her report allowing her credit score to go from a 590 to a 700 saving us thousands of dollars in the long and short run on our mortgage.
