Bought my first home ever with Clay using the VA loan. To put it simply, Clay was fantastic. Clay always answered the phone and was ready to handle business at the drop of a dime. My life and stress levels throughout the process were virtually non existent with Clay on my team. Great experience.

Clay is always responsive no matter what time or day it was. He was extremely helpful and made our purchasing an ease. Clay & his team made my loan process seamless. I had some credit concerns but with his expert help it was cleared up extremely fast and I was happy with my rate. I also am self employed but that caused no problems. My agent and escrow team said he helped make the sale easy. This may be one of the easiest reviews I have ever written.. Clay was fantastic to work with. This is our 3rd home purchase and we have never had a loan process so smoothly. Clay has earned our loyalty through his efficiency, professionalism, expertise, and overall caring and personable demeanor. This was our first home purchase, and to give everyone an example of how Awesome Clay is, We originally started with a different lender. It was our first home and Clay was attentive and explained every process along the way. We closed about 26 days after our pre-approval which seems unprecedented for a non-cash purchase. I have heard some take well over 30 days to close. All the credit goes to Clay on this. His work ethic is uncanny and he answered all of our inquiries in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Clay to any future home buyers.
