Clayton Flooring installed vinyl in my kitchen and two bathrooms. I checked around for pricing and Clayton Flooring was the most reasonable. My main reason I chose Clayton Flooring was because of the customer service. The staff was very friendly and said yes to everything I asked for (I did not ask for anything unreasonable). The staff always returned by telephone calls and replied to my emails. When ***** came out and measured, he stayed as long as I wanted him to. He was very detailed in explaining how the vinyl would be installed. When the installers arrived, they were prompt, efficient, and organized. They kept my home as clean as they possibly could. After the vinyl was installed, it looked as though the vinyl was installed first and then the cabinetry, appliances, door frames, etc., were installed on top of the vinyl -- there were no cutting lines that the eye could see. They would not leave until they were sure I was satisfied and they had completed everything I wanted them to. When I went to Clayton Flooring to pay them, the staff asked me repeatedly, "Are you satisfied?" It's always nice to find a reputable company and Clayton Flooring is definitely one. I'm not an easy person to work with. I want to thank Clayton Flooring for their professionalism and for putting up with me.

We had a kitchen floor installed on May 15, 2017. Clayton Flooring was so professional in assisting me choose the right floor for my purposes. The men who performed the work were very competent and friendly. They did a wonderful job. I could recommend this store to anyone looking for individual customer service.

I can't say enough good things. They arrived on time. Started working immediately. We were amazed how fast they were. The end result is beautiful. We are extremely pleased. Once complete, they cleaned up everything. All I had to do was start enjoying. I would highly recommend them.

In July 2014 I went to Clayton flooring to replace the carpet in my master bedroom. I told them I was looking for a carpet that would not pack, was durable, easy to claim, felt like clouds when you walked on it and would last the rest of my life… LOL. I am very happy to say that what they recommended has met my expectations. One and a half year later I am still very pleased with my carpet. I am now back shopping with them to replace a floor in my office. They are honest and have competitive pricing. I would highly recommend them.
