Probably the most unhelpful people I have ever talked to...would recommend that you stay far away...very far.

It is very unfortunate that you feel like we were unhelpful. We would like it to be known that we never installed flooring for this individual. He recently purchased a home that we had installed flooring in a bathroom in 2012. The flooring had a heating unit underneath that a hired electrician installed. We called the heater company for him and found out it had a 3 year warranty on the product. Crazy bad quality. They put in kitchen floors improperly in a friend's home which caused major flooring issues and the need to replace and have refused to mitigate or replace. Unacceptable...run don't walk to someone else to trust with your flooring needs.
