I am surprised by the negative comments here. I had my implants done at ClearChoices in 2019 and have nothing but positive things to say about the initial process nor the bi-annual check-ups. I had particularly challenging situation - cleft-pallet - and Dr. Afify and his staff did a great job. I do recommend them.

Hard to maneuver to this Southfield location with all the construction, but we finally made it. Staff very friendly and comforting. I think they are a little slow paced but believe that is due to spending the necessary time to understand every individual's needs. My wife was here for a consultation to address some needs. We are moving ahead with them, given the comfort we experienced. This isn't one of those places where we would say 'we'll definitely be back!' but we do recommend them to others.

Amazing staff and amazing results! I was concerned about the price but was so glad I decided to follow through. If you can get implants I would absolutely recommend this office. I dealt with another dentist prior and am so glad I went to Clearchoice. They were so helpful and kept me informed through the whole process.

This place is an absolute RIP OFF. Convinced my 77 year old father w multiple medical problems that he would be a candidate for $50,000 in implants! At the advice of medical professionals, my father decided to not go through the process. A letter from a physician was even sent to this office not recommending my dad to have this procedure! My parents paid the office for a consultation & ct scan of his mouth for almost $1400. This office has since sent my parents to collection for $7500! The implants themselves are horrible. They made one side of my full mouth implants bigger on one side, and tiny on the other side. I have not heard from them even though I missed an appointment. I'm calling them now, and if I have to sue them I will.

I wish I could give zero stars...where to even start...I should have seen the "we record all appointments" as a red flag but I assumed that could be for legit training purposes. Now I'm sure they do this to try and cover their backs in a future lawsuit. Long story short they will promise you a caring environment with top notch doctors and staff but the reality is that this place is 100% about the money and nothing else. Hostile doctors, defrauded me of $19,000 and my health and looks. Dr Rami tried to terrorize me with his fist, when I assumed that he is challenging me to fight and accepted the challenge ,he called police on me.

After dealing with them for 16 months, I decided to sue the place for dental malepractice, it seems unreal what I went through . I found them on Google, they had almost 600 5-star reviews which is very impressive to me. Customer Service is not what this company strives for. I have paid so much money to have procedures done with them. After they collect your money and they tell you to come in for cleanings (which is not covered by insurance). It was $400 just for the cleaning and I never even saw a Dr of any kind to make sure everything was good. I then tried to pay with care credit because the accept it but was told they did not want to pay the fees so they would not accept in on less than $1000. I can't believe they said that!
