Customer Service is not what this company strives for. I have paid so much money to have procedures done with them. After they collect your money and they tell you to come in for cleanings (which is not covered by insurance). It was $400 just for the cleaning and I never even saw a Dr of any kind to make sure everything was good. I then tried to pay with care credit because the accept it but was told they did not want to pay the fees so they would not accept in on less than $1000. I can't believe they said that! This business was found on a google search. There was a 1hr free consultation booked, we were there 5.5 hours until they closed because we didn't sign our life away on an outrageous cost and loan. Our host, the manager and everyone who isn't the owner seems to work on commission and scare tactics. Our first estimate was $60,000, after 5 hours and many options off the estimate it went to $52,000, Along with separate loans offered at 15 to 27% interest. I went to clear choice to speak to someone about dental implants and the price tag was 58,000$ and the sad thing was the gut telling me to ask friends and family for the money or even refinance my house to pay for it. How can a person afford this kind of work They tell you they will work with you until you get there and if you can't afford it they send you on your way. That's BS.

I visited Clearchoice Dental because I was ready to start taking care of myself after having taken care of others my whole life, and this seemed like the perfect option because they have the lab and everything right there and that would enable them to complete my implant process without delay. But, I found out the truth that day. The SALESPERSON and I discussed my reasons for needing tooth implants and how I was ready to change my life. Dr Afify is the best part of my experience, hands down! But overall I'm unsatisfied with every other aspect of my encounters. Initially I was told I was only approved to get my tops done (medically), then later on, once it was time to get my final upper set I'm magically now approved to be accepted as a patient for the bottoms. So now I'll have an overbite as my natural teeth did, but why pay so much money and not get what you want?
