Took a family member...what a facility, what a service..I almost wish I needed dental implants...do yourself a favor and go here for implants...
I called to make an appointment with the Dentist/Prosthodontist could not even ask any questions at the actual office ,only a national call center. I was told "you can only be treated if you had implants from Clear Choice"! From all the bad reviews I just read I guess it's CLEAR I don't want these greedy money hungry oral surgeons touching me. They aren't interested in helping anyone ,just money!!

I called today 11/04/2025 at 8:05am to ask if I could change my appointment to a different location that's closer to my house. The person who assisted me sounded annoyed and too inconvenienced to help me. They told me that their location was the closest to my house but on my maps app, there was another location that shows me it's closer to my house. At this address: 4910 Directors Pl #300 SD CA. MINUS 1 START. This practice MUST be closed down! They are very unprofessional, rude, they have jeopardized my health in 3 different occasions by saying: "we don't have enough personnel to see you" " you must come and pay $500 first before our provider order any antibiotics", " go to ER we don't have any available appointments", etc etc. Every 2 - 3 years they changed providers: Dr. S. I wanted to update my last review to all viewers about ClearChoice implant from this location (4910 Directors Pl. Ste 300. San Diego, CA 9212). The general manager from ClearChoice emailed me and stated: "Dr. Ng left the practice in January, so I believe another doctor handled your last few appointments." Horrible. They installed by upper teeth arch in 2014 and recently had some implants go bad. I went in on June 5, 2025 and had them run a scan. The same day I went over the scan with Mike (asst) and the main doctor to go over the scan. They told me they would discuss this with thier surgeon who could repair/replace the teeth arch and that the surgeon would call me back the following week on June 11 when he was available. I never recieved any phone call from the surgeon on June 11 and called back on June 13 to see whats going ... read more

I kick myself for not coming here first. Clear choice is great to get the money and do the first procedure. It was scheduled 2 days after they got paid! They did not tell me, after your 4 month healing time it will take another month or 2 before we can get you in to put on the crowns. Had they told me I would have shopped around. I booked an appointment with Clear Choice. On the day of my appointment, they called and cancelled. They said they had to reschedule and offered a time not convenient to me. I was not free. I told them I'd just cancel the whole thing and get my money back, which they had happily taken up front. It's been two weeks now and they have not returned my payment. I spoke with them at the end of the 7-10 day waiting period, (waiting for what?). They assured me they would return my funds. They still have not after two week... read more
