This business only promotes full mouth implant replacement. After leaving a $1000.00 refundable deposit I found it difficult to get my deposit back. Via email I requested a refund. After several emails back and forth I was forced to go into office to sign their refund form. I started with ClearChoice in 2017 My treatment: replace all upper teeth with a single arch implant. Post op recovery was extremely painful and I lost 20+ pounds because eating was impossible. (They didn't prepare me for that!) It took over 3 years to get my final permanent arch completed. I scheduled an appointment months out and even confirmed the appointment a week beforehand only to receive a call a few days prior that the doctor decided to take the day off and that they have no appointments available for another month out. Beyond frustrated with the lack of professionalism and will be finding a different dentist that actually values their patients.

Just had procedure yesterday for upper front teeth. Unfortunately the temporary teeth fit very badly, molars unusable and Dr Ing won't look at it until 10 day post op visit. Very unhappy.

Negative stars Scroll down to "reviews not recommended". They say those reviews do not factor into the business's star rating. But there you will find examples of true experiences. To be fair as I am one for solutions, ever since Dr. O took over the practice, he and his new surgeon have been sensitive to doing what they can to help remedy the mess and poor management of my case previously. But my suggestion is there needs to be a system put in place to allow for patients to get their teeth fixed asap when broken or I'll fit... read more

Until recently I had only received "5-Star" service at the San Diego Clear Choice (CC) office. Unfortunately, recent events have prompted me to write this review. My issues started when my temporary teeth recently broke and it took days before I could be seen. I was very concerned about waiting because I had just had surgery for a failing implant a few days prior to the break, and it occurred on the surgery side. I had the upper and lower all-on-one procedure done in 2015. They looked good at first, BUT THEY DO NOT LAST!!! They did Zirconia on top, but convinced me to do acrylic for the bottom arch. The bottoms have been trouble since the first year. I have been back at least 5 times for them to repair the bottoms. The front teeth have fallen out, cracked and broken over and over. I wasn't going to do a review about this place but I just had it. I think what irritates me is them not calling me back. They're so good and fast when it comes to taking your money but after that they don't care anymore. I paid 17k for 10 pieces of teeth not even permanent that is cracked now.
