This is the greatest investment I ever made to myself. If like me you are in need of a one stop shop look no further. At first I was skeptical but they explained it from A to Z I accepted made my appointment arrived for my Blessing. The entire Staff is Awesome man what a great ride they took me on after the IV I woke up to what they promised I can't stop smiling. One of the most professional dental experiences I've ever had, this is what an honest business looks like! I went to clear choice for an evaluation for some major dental work of course I went in thinking the worse. After a state of the art Dental scan and the Excelsior customer service they came in and actually talked me out of their solution due to the healthiness of some of my teeth. 1 Star Review Because 0 Wasn't An Option Extremely unprofessional front desk staff. I arrived 20 minutes late to my 3:00 PM appointment due to work in Brooklyn, and instead of showing any courtesy or understanding, I was immediately turned away at the door by the receptionist Venus. I started my journey on May7, 2024. Fourteen months later I still do not have a denture that I can wear without gagging. My implant is great. I wish I had gone somewhere else. I called all week and left a message. No one is answering my calls and the dentist Nicole Sannito, has not returned my call. I've lost 26 lbs., that I did not need to lose. I am now going to find a lawyer and take her court to get my money back for the denture and for pain and suffering that I have endure for 14 months. The support staff is great. I wo... read more

I was told that my teeth would be exactly like how I wanted them, functional and fitting. However, during the process, the teeth weren't sitting properly and I had good faith and was told that the end result wouldn't be so uncomfortable and would fit in my mouth properly. However, the final teeth are not drilled in properly, there is a thick piece on plastic on the top of my mouth that doesn't let me speak normally and burns. It saddens me to have to write this review, as I had high hopes of success with the implants that were implanted into my mouth, but such is not the case... I unfortunately required full mouth implants - both top & bottom. Yes - all teeth needed replacing with a full set of implants in my case. Major. Please don't go here! This has been the worst experience as a patient I have ever had in my life. Once you go inside there is a big dog that starts barking at you and the "Doctor" starts yelling like crazy. She treated me worst than yelling at a child because she said that I forgot to fill some questions out. They ask for the full amount upfront then delay giving you a refund if you cancel work,customer service is terrible,phony people ,running a scam shop,they hold on to old people money,disgraceful,they avoid you if they have to refund for any reason,and stall,you cannot reach them by phone or email,they should be shut down,worst choice ,appointments are months apart,as well ,rude general manager with attitude,beware,do not lay out money,a good dentist does not do this I may have lawsuit against them they still have not refunde... read more
