Please don't go here! This has been the worst experience as a patient I have ever had in my life. Once you go inside there is a big dog that starts barking at you and the "Doctor" starts yelling like crazy. She treated me worst than yelling at a child because she said that I forgot to fill some questions out. They ask for the full amount upfront then delay giving you a refund if you cancel work,customer service is terrible,phony people ,running a scam shop,they hold on to old people money,disgraceful,they avoid you if they have to refund for any reason,and stall,you cannot reach them by phone or email,they should be shut down,worst choice ,appointments are months apart,as well ,rude general manager with attitude,beware,do not lay out money,a good dentist does not do this I may have lawsuit against them they still have not refunde... read more

I am a patient ..went to start my upper trials put in a week later .. my tooth has completely broken off.. after I called and went in and told them my tooth was not feeling right. Now it's Friday and I can't see noone till monday supposedly..this is ridiculous.. I can't eat.. anything scared to have the rest fall off.. smh worst experience ever.. and the prices are high for poor service..

I made an appt Yo get an assessment for implants and crowns in my lower teeth. I received a complimentary appt. I got a full set of X-rays to access if I was a candidate for implants. After the X-rays I met with a manager to discuss my treatment plan Along with the dentist who was going to be doing the dental work. Much to My surprise the fee was extremely high for the dental work I needed. I needed an implant along with sone bridge and crown work. Initially, Dr. SROUR chipped a perfectly good tooth while he worked on my implant. When I realized this after the anesthesia wore off, Dr.ATHAR came in to repair it. It was months before they had the crown made. Aweek ago they put the crown into the implant and it began to cause sever pain immediately. They left me sitting in the chair while Dr. ANDRAWIS gave someone else a consultation. I regret picking this place to get an implant. They don't take insurance, they are very expensive and they are not professional. My experience was bad . Dr Sandra Scibetta treated me and she's q very unprofessional. She got mad when I asked her to fix some teeth that she had said she would do for the same money I payed for the implant. She came to me and she was doing the work with such anger , I told her to stop and I had to walk out of the place crying. I felt humiliated by her !
