I don't recommend this group for any type of work. They are all independent contractors down to the dental hygienist. I have been trying for over one month to get an authorization release because I scheduled extractions for January and they called me back and told me they cannot do it until the end of April. I have no reason behind that. So please save yourself the aggravation and call someone else I have never seen such a miscommunicated business in my life. If I could have given them a negative ZERO rating, I would have. My complaint is with Clear Choice located in Rockville MD. They are a complete scam. They are only interested in $$$ not helping. They prey on the underprivileged and low-income. My father (who's in his 80's) came in looking for help with his teeth. They offered him the full dental implant for $35k. I came to Clear Choice to repair my dental issues. After the initial evaluation, I he sales person continued to call me weekly pushing the the plan. I finally agreed to have a full dental implants done. After all the Xmas and molds of my mouth; having the extraction done. I still am not satisfied with the temps. Have lost the feeling in my upper lips area which has caused the lost of lip movement to form words. I have lost the taste sensor in my upper gum area. Factory work. Terrible Have lots of good looking snakes there to sell.. Refused to do lower impression to fit dentures. When I said I couldn't Chew Eat .. Had me arrested for trespassing during appointment because of Doctors Ego. I have been going to Clear Choice for over 1 year to replace front tooth lost in accident. the advertisement on TV said they could fix my tooth in one day. This is a long review; be sure to read it all. We contacted ClearChoice in January 2017. The waiting room looked like a TV late-night infomercial--and so was the pitch. Everyone was soooo nice. We were apprehensive because the bottom line, after negotiations, was over $25,000! We got another bid from a different implant surgeon; that price was higher, but competitive. Do not go here! Horrible experience! I made the appointment and showed up early. I went to their front desk and introduced myself. I was given papers to complete. I completed their paperwork succinctly and neatly, I had a seat. I waited and waited. It never happened,, Nobody spoke with me. They abandoned me, After nearly an hour I got up and left. My husband had a 1:30 pm consultation appointment for today, July 23, 2018. We arrived early, as many offices suggest. The waiting area is extremely small, all seats were occupied and people were lined up at the main desk, as well as standing to complete the additional forms required for a consultation. I am without words for the lack of decency, professional standards of this location. They scheduled an appointment at 7:00-a.m. and then did not bother to show up. Several patients were waiting for more than an hour only to learn the dentist was out of town!!! I also worry about the competence...They have done consultations without even looking at xrays....at all!!! They have made implant devices without accurate measurements of the teeth.
