The customer service at this location is the best! I have been treated very well. Doctor is fantastic. They were very caring throughout the whole process. They were patient with me regard to my choices; and, they were very clear and concise with regard to expectations. I would recommend them to all of my friend and family.

I rarely go online to post my opinions but this practice is worthy of praise. They are supportive, knowledgable, empathetic and personable. They have done a wonderful job of catering to my specific needs while making this whole process simple and stress free. I spent a year going to different surgeons and prosthodontists trying to find a resolution for my dental issues and Clearchoice solved it all in one place, in one day. I strongly disagree with all these reviews.... I called yesterday to get a second opinion for my dad and less then 24 hours later my dad was in there and they explained to him his options. I loved that they emailed us all paperwork electronically and medical history questionnaire. I spoke with Marcela on the phone and she was so patient and kind. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!!! I had lost all hope of being able to function normally within society, my teeth were so ugly and crowded, I had bone-loss and teeth breaking off, pain everyday and embarrassment was never ending. I disagree with the other comments. This is a really nice place that is dedicated to implants only. They make and design the teeth there which saves time and money on making sure your new teeth fit perfectly. They are very professional and the rooms are very clean and sanitary. Yes they do have a sales pitch like another company would. This is not an easy sale and can be scary for people to imagine possibly removing what teeth they have and replacing them with a full mouth of teeth. I have had dental issues for as long as I can remember. Root canals and crowns almost never ending dental crap. I went to Clearchoice just to see what they offered. I was amazed by the results they were offering me. Total restoration and cheaper than what my dentist was telling me he wanted to basically bandaid my mouth with crowns and bridges that would eventually have to be replaced or change to dentures. My experience with this place has not been a good one and there are many negative things I could say about it, but i choose not to. I simply don't recommend it. Try to find another place, you deserve better treatment.

Very disappointed at the misleading caring beginning consult. Absolutely lied to. The surgery is not personal what so ever. You are not treated personably, surgeon has no idea anything about you. The after surgery care is non existent. They lied about what to expect for recovery time and do not give enough pain medication to cover the difficult painful period after surgery. I can't tell how uncaring, misleading, absolutely would never recommend this office!!!!!!
