Clear Choice is a complete joke. They're quick to take $30,000 but vanish the second you need basic follow-up care. They don't answer their phones, they don't return messages, and they flat-out do not care once they have your money. I called four times about a plug coming out, left multiple messages, and was ignored. When I finally got an appointment after my FIFTH call, they canceled it. My initial experience was amazing. Friendly and helpful everyone was. After the second failure for the graph to take. My experience and treatment dramatically changed. No information packet (how to care for temporary dentire. It wouldn't sit correctly, the denture wasn't trimmed to fit. The plastic edges cut my gums. My 10 day after appointment was schedule 35 days later!!!? The dam thing green out in the trash after making my vomit. No one would respond to my messages. I'm a prideful women. I'm suing this place after 2 failed implants all the while the prosthodontist tried to tell me both times they were fine... - Day of surgery they were late and had me sitting outside in December waiting for someone to let me in - Bone infection 3 days after surgery and the "emergency" contact never called me back... sat for 3 days with pain at level 10. - Gums split and needed to have repair surgery - One implant failed where I had the bone infection, was told it was fine only to have it come right out when ... read more

the care remains inadequat, the officer staff and manger speak nicely to your face, but lies are you get. and excuses. though no one has explained why they were all so professional with their care that they prescribed medicine that is noted in my chart...im allergic to it. but hey they even sent a coupon for it. wow! thanks so very much. here's some medicine that'll send you to the er if you take it, but we will give you a coupon to save on the cost. seriously! why the hell would i fill something that is only going to... read more

Before you leave, after, prob now, $8000.00, make sure the COLOR MATCHES YOUR TEETH!!!!! I'm so furious I did not challenge the doc who put in my tooth & left IMMEDIATELY! I didn't know why & when I saw the color of my tooth I just figured it was me ~ nooooooo way!! Completely different color ~ will never go back ... ever

Do not waste your time here. I went in for a consult. We were there for almost 2 hours before they gave us an estimate. $59,000.00!! They quoted me $8,000-23,000. Obviously not the case. They do not bill your insurance even though I have both Blue shield and Medicare. Yes they did a scan, but, not the intake lady, Michelle nor the Sr even looked at my teeth. Pay NO attention to the TV ADS. . . You are not the most important person to these folks! In fact they don't even give a damn when the procedure is going to cost $30,000 or more! The receptionist when she talks, talks down to you with attitude and a predetermined idea of what you want without listening to a word you've said.
