Buying a car from John was an amazing experience! A far better experience than the last car we bought from a dealership. John was knowledgeable about the car, had the car ready to drive as soon as I arrived, and no pressure to buy the car or adding any additional fees or upgrades. The process was easy, simple, and enjoyable from start to finish. He even let me take the car by myself to my husband’s work so he could see the car. Definitely highly recommend for buying a car!!

John Angel found exactly what I was looking for 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 with low miles. Super clean truck and at a very reasonable price. Financing was fast and easy working with my bank and John. Visited 4 different dealerships looking at SUVs. All 4 dealerships valued my trade. 3 were all around the same value($12k) but ClearShift shift came in $3,000+ LESS than the others at $9k. When confronted they wanted to use every excuse in the book as to why. EVERYTHING WAS SMOOTH NO PRESSURE !
Our experience was unfortunately not satisfactory. They did have the pick up ready we wanted and we took it for a test drive and then it took over 3.5 hours to get then paperwork done. Us and several others sat for that long and some didn’t even get their questions answered. Our salesman had a chip on his shoulder and was snippy and rude the whole time.
