After five months of problems with the used Jeep Grand Cherokee I purchased from ClearShift, I now strongly suspect I was deceived by the dealership about the history and condition of the vehicle. So Clear Shift is great to you until they get you to buy the vehicle. My tags expired in September and I've called them 3 times to ask for an extension tag with the promise that one will be in my email within the next few days. My first call was September 11 and it is now October 12th. I get emails about the vehicles for sale almost everyday but no email about a replacement tag. I took my vehicle in to the shop two month's after I purchased it and found out the truck was from Canada and that any warranty that remained on it ... read more

I would stay away from this place. They do not inspect cars before selling them. Have had multiple issues in the first few months of buying mine. Ed was real nice when trying to sell me a car, but when it came to approaching him after the fact with issues, he did not want to make it right. It is sad that they preached that they are “non commission salesman” and that this is a different experience than other dealerships, but they have lived up to the dreadful “car salesman” Moto. I regret the time I spent in dealing with ClearShift. After taking pictures inside and outside of my car and supplying all requested information on my car, I was offered a trade in value $2500-2600 under what Kelly Blue Book suggested as value for trade in....in other words these guys low-balled me. My car is in pristine condition and I asked for an offer predicated on the information supplied.....with the understanding that upon examination the final value determination would be made. 5 minutes ago Very dishonest people here. We purchased a vehicle from them found out a few days later on a road trip it had major issues. Had to put it in the shop contacted dealer and they said come see them when i got back in town. I did they had the truck for 3 weeks did nothing to the truck while they had it. Actually got it back worse than when i took it there. They finally said we were on our own and they wernt gonna help us after they already said they would.
