"Service Dept. work" The appointment was make correctly & quickly. All work requested was done within a reasonable time of the estimate. Errors: my name was entered in the system wrong & so was my cell phone #. All errors were corrected when the car was picked up. I would use the service department again. Time will tell how good the work was done, but I trust it was perfect.
"Great customer service!" Jerry Johnson helped me in the service department with a tire I needed. He was prompt with his communication and very friendly. The department was very accommodating and Jerry went above and beyond to be sure I was pleased with the service. I highly recommend this dealership and service department!
"Goes above and beyond" I have been a long time customer of this dealership as well as the service center. I always had very good service. I wish at times I didn't have to have service on my car....but Jerry always makes it a "best as can be expected" experience. He has always gone above and beyond to you feel like you're being taken care of.
"best deal around" Came to Larry Hill looking for a used truck and Josh hooked me up with a beautiful 2013 F250. I had a limit of 50K and Josh couldn't have met my limit any better. I'd recommend Josh to anyone.
"Friendlh" Josh was very friendly, patient and informative. He answered all the questions I had about the cars that I was considering. I will definitely be back to see him when I am ready to buy a new vehicle.
"Oil Change & Tire Rotate" I brought my car in and it went through the oil change and tire rotation in less than 20 minutes. The service consultant went over all that was done and upcoming maintenance in an easy to understand manner. Very professional.

"made it happen" purchased 2 vehicles and traded a truck in. Really wanted a certain price. after a few days of talking and they made it happen. Mike was committed to helping us, and even stayed really late to make it all happen.
