"Hot summer day breakdown !!! " I had a serious coolant leak with my 2000 Thunderbird I was greeted by Jerry Johnson he got everything set up for service on the car. I had no appointment the car was towed in to Larry Hill Ford Jerry was very informitave polite and like meeting an Old friend he made sure I was taken care of.
