"My first car" They was very helpful in helping me pick out my first vehicle. Took the time and the patience while showing me multiple cars and found the one that best suited me.
"Great place!" They were willing and able to work with my needs in a car. Excellent dealership with friendly staff. They helped me out through the whole process and with any questions I had.
"oil change/ brake inspection" Very kind and prompt in getting my car serviced. Joe Trentham has been there eveytime that I have been to have my oil changed and is always willing to help me to get my car checked in. I have had to wait a while to get things done but the service and smiles make up for that. We also had a good experience when we bought our car a year ago from Wayne Sorrells he was very helpful and did all he could to gain our business!
"Compassionate Care" We always look forward to having Jerry Johnson assist us with our vehicle checkups. This visit we had some complicated issues to present. Jerry patiently waded through the problem solving scenarios with us. Gratefully he brought Chuck in on the discussion to be able to offer helpful solutions to the technology issues that were challenging us. "Friendly Fast & Great Service" After another area Ford dealer said that the couldn't guarantee that they could complete the oil change the same day on my 2013 F150 with leaving it with them at 7:30AM. I then told myself that dealer has more customers than they can handle and to look for another dealer. I called Larry Hill Ford and talked to Jerry Johnson and in short told me that he would take care of me. I arrived the next morning at 7:30 and was on my way at 8:30.
