"Compassionate Care" We always look forward to having Jerry Johnson assist us with our vehicle checkups. This visit we had some complicated issues to present. Jerry patiently waded through the problem solving scenarios with us. "Friendly Fast & Great Service" After another area Ford dealer said that the couldn't guarantee that they could complete the oil change the same day on my 2013 F150 with leaving it with them at 7:30AM. I then told myself that dealer has more customers than they can handle and to look for another dealer. "Service department" I just needed a simple oil change service and tire rotation on my 2015 Fusion. The service department was very easy to deal with, as well as extremely polite. Especially Jerry Johnson in service. Jerry covered the results of the service and asked to see if I had any questions. He brought my car around promptly and was very friendly.
