"Satisfying, pleasant" I have been to Larry Hill Ford on several occasions. I have also dealt with several different representatives of Larry Hill Ford. Jerry Johnson a Service Department Associate has always been there to greet me at the door with a smile. My visits have been for oil changes and recalls. Mr. Johnson would go out of his way to keep me updated on exactly what was going on with vehicle. I know all of these associates are extremely busy. "Pleasant and fast" I brought my ford fusion hybrid in for oil change which was overdue and spoke with Jerry Johnson who was pleasant and he also informed me of a recall and that it could be taken care of also. He said it might take a few hours but the service was much faster than that. It was raining and he had a man bring the car under cover so I wouldn't get wet, very thoughtful.
