"Personal Attention" For me, buying a car is like going to the dentist for a root canal where I expect a lot of anxiety and pressure. Not so at Larry Hill Ford where Rob, my sales person. made the buying experience seem more like spending time with a friendly neighbor. He explained various options and answered my questions clearly, so that when I left with my Ford Edge, I couldn't be happier. The final paper signing with Jason was also a breeze. Super staff!!! "Good people" I bought my Altima back in July and I still love it. I thought that once I was done with the purchase that was it, but it hasn't been. Nate texts me and sends me emails to remind me to get my free oil change. He is still just checking in just to see if all is ok. That is something I have never experienced. I would recommend him to anyone wanting great service at a dealership.
