"Very Good Experience!" I had the opportunity to work with Desmond McBee when I visited Larry Hill Ford and was shopping around for a new vehicle as a Christmas present for my wife. Desmond was courteous, knew his stuff, and made the experience easy and relaxed. Excellent communication skills. He promptly responded when I reached out to him regardless of what time of day it was. "Very easy shopping experience." Our sales associate Robert Stence was understanding and very thorough. He listened to our wants and needs, and came up with a match. Robert explained how the vehicle and it's accessories work. He offered his assistance in the future when we forget how it all works. Victor Yoshida helped arrange financing in our budget. We are very happy with our choice. We hope the service department is just as wonderful as our salesman was. Thank you.
"Son's dream car" My son and I purchased a 2014 Dodge Challenger RT from David Babbitt. I talked to David on the telephone, and he scheduled my son for a test drive of his dream car. I was concerned about my son's purchase price, but David assured me that we could get great financing. David's service was commendable, and he spent time with my son going over all of the particulars of the car.
