"Knowledgable about the product" Frank was great. He had only been on the job for 3 month but knew the ins and outs of several models. Being that we went to over 8 dealerships, he knew more about what he was selling than any other salesman we met with. He didn't get emotional durning negotiations. He made the experience nice. We got a good price.

He got us the car we wanted, at the price we could afford. We are very satisfied with the 2015 Kia Sorento, and the deal we got.
"Good dealership. Helpful but not pushy." Tom Yow and Shane made me feel very comfortable. Tom was patient and very informative. He did not talk down to me because I am a woman as some salesmen have. He listened to what I wanted in a car and tried to give me options within my wants and my budget. I really appreciated his attitude.
