"Friendly, no pressure, easy" Everyone there made the experience easy. They were friendly, seemed interested in me as well as in the sale, stayed within my requirements & didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want.

"Knowledgable about the product" Frank was great. He had only been on the job for 3 month but knew the ins and outs of several models. Being that we went to over 8 dealerships, he knew more about what he was selling than any other salesman we met with. He didn't get emotional durning negotiations. He made the experience nice.
