"Amazing!" I could change my oil myself but because the service is so excellent here, I choose to get my car serviced here instead. I needed an antenna for my car and they tried everything they could so that they wouldn't have to charge a labor charge and it worked! They also let me know of the labor charge before doing anything that required being charged for which was nice. I ended up only having to pay for the antenna which was awesome!
"Wonderful Staff/Teamwork" Larry Hill Imports went above and beyond to pick up the car I wished to purchase . They brought my car from Gastonia ( NC ) to Cleveland ( TN ) in less than 24 hours ! Amazing teamwork . A special thanks to John Yow , Shane Gay , Lee as well as support staff for being so personable , professional , proficient and Efficient to make my purchase quick and pleasant . We will be back ! :)
"Good service " Everyone was very friendly and tried their hardest to please the customers. They were willing to negotiate the price of the car to fit the customers price range.
"Now we know." Came in to try to lower my payment. Jason tried his best to make it happen. Unfortunately we weren't able to do it at this time. He did get us approved but we couldn't do it right now. I recommend anyone trying to get a vehicle to go see Jason Dolch!
