"Issue with spot on Hood " I had purchased my F150 a few weeks earlier when I washed it I noticed 2 spots on the hood I could not wash off. So I called the dealership spoke with Victor he told me to stop in and let them have a look. When I got there I met Patrick Googer and he introduced me to Kelly Justice. I explained the situation to Kelly he immediately took my truck back to the clean-up shop and actually found an additional spot that I had not noticed and pointed it out to me.
