"Trusted experience" Joe Trentham was my service consultant. He was quick to get my vehicle in and an assessment of what needed to be replaced. He was friendly. Most of all I trusted him. He did what he said at the price and time he told me. I do not deal with anyone I do not trust. Trust is important. Thank you Joe. "Friendly and Courteous" Everyone was very friendly and courteous. Mike Lynn did everything he could to make our experience of purchasing a car easy. I would recommend any of my friends to go see Mike is they are in the market for a new car. It isn't just a job to him, he really enjoys helping people.
"Service Department Success!!!" I took my husband's 2012 F150 to get serviced at Larry Hill Ford's service department and had the best experience I've ever had. I brought my 4 year old daughter with me and they were very sweet to her. Jerry Johnson gave her a balloon and came to check in on her several times during our wait. "Service above and beyond" From the time we drove on the lot to try and find my wife a new Ford Flex everyone was very friendly and helpful. Harry Hollings was the salesperson that was in charge of helping us. From the get go he bent over backwards to find the exact car that we needed. And kept in touch with us via his cell through out the whole process. once Harry got us what we needed, we were handed off to Kevin Flowers to finish out the paperwork and explain the various options on different car plans to cover the extras.... read more
