"Amazing" Had the best experience getting a car because they were very nice, had a conversation with us, and overall made sure we comfortable while working on getting a car at a valuable price.
"Kim Rocks!" We are new to area and Larry Hill Ford and Imports happened to be our first stop. Kim went way out her way to help us. Not only did she find the right car for us but she also assisted us in finding a place to live. Who does that? Kim does! Mike Bartlett in finance was also great, they were both easy going, easy to deal with and hilarious!! That is why I will continue to go back and refer others to Larry Hill again and again! ""The Right Car For Us"" Everyone at Larry Hill was great! Our salesman, Duke Ankney, was incredible! He was very personable, knowledgeable and helpful in finding the right vehicle for us. The follow-up after our first visit was immediate but not pushy. After a few days, we called back and Duke listened to our needs and in just a few hours found a car that was a perfect fit in every way. "wonderful experience" It was first time purchasing a car and received excellent service from Chris! He worked with me, explained every step, and then followed up with me to make sure I enjoyed my car. I was able to test drive several cars and he helped compare the features from every model. I recommend Chris if you want a personal and friendly experience instead of feeling hassled
"Truck shopping" Duke was our salesman. Professional and friendly. We wanted a specific truck and the dealership really worked to locate it. This is the 2nd truck we have bought here.

"Had to go buy a new car" From the moment we stepped onto the lot the staff were friendly and attentive rather than pushy. Our salesperson (Frank Marchart btw) was a great help as we looked at the vehicles and made suggestions and listened to what we were saying and asking that really helped narrow down what we looking for and ended up getting. The whole experience ended up being short and sweet instead of the hassle we were expecting when going to look for a new car.
"highway problems solved" ON APRIL 11,2015 I EXPERIANCED TROUBLE WITH THW WINDOW ON THE DRIVERS DOOR. THE WINDOW WAS DOWN AND WOULD NOT GO UP. THIS WAS A THIS WASCOOL SPRING MORNING. I DROVE INTO LARRY HILL FORD NOT EXPECTING TOO MUCH SERVICE BEING SATURDAY. PATRICK GOOGER THE SERVICE ADVISOR WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL WITH MY PROBLEM.
