"Jerry Johnson the service Dept Associate" my husband and I took our 2011 to get it serviced on May 12,20115. We also wanted the air system checked out. It wasn't cooling like it should. Everyone there was very nice to us. Since they thought it might be a good while before the Air could be ready with coolet . We were asked if we wanted to be dropped off somewhere. "AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE" We had an amazing experience from the 1st phone call with Chris Harris til we drove away with the car. Chris walked us through the process of my son buying his first car, along with the help of Mike Fulkerson, Franky Logan and Kevin DeSena . The entire staff went above and beyond what is expected to help a young man get the best deal possible on a used vehicle, but also to get the best financing possible for him also. We will certainly go back and refer our friends to Larry Hill Ford!

"Very helpful without the normal sales pressure" Walked in to look and ended up buying. The staff was very friendly as well as informative. David was very honest and straight forward in helping my daughter get her SUV. Will be one of the first stops when looking for vehicle again. These guys worked hard to make it happen.
