"Purchase of a new 2015 Expedition EL" Great Experience! We are not easy customers and Richard Howard was patient and extremely knowledgeable regarding our vehicle selection. He showed us 5 or 6 vehicles and we test drove 2 of them. We had to bring a car back to get a trade value. We text before we came in and he was waiting in the parking lot for us (very impressive).
