"Service" The service department is customer friendly, attentive and expedicious. Waiting area is clean and confortable; makes the short wait seem even shorter. The check int and check out process is a very smooth operation.
"Very friendly staff!" I came to Larry hill to have my oil changed. Jerry Johnson was a service associate he took care of me right away and was super nice!
"Bought a used car, service was excellent " This was a great buying experience, my salesman, Chris Carter was amazing! He worked very hard to find a car I would like and that would suit my whole family, and of course my budget. He was friendly, attentive, and seemed to genuinely care. "Amazing dealership with amazing service " The dealership is amazing and Ben Myers is awesome. I have bought 2 vehicles in 6 months bc of Bens dedicated service he cares and is concerned with peoples happiness and the sales team went out of there way to get us the cars we wanted. Josh was also very helpful and worked with Ben to get us going.
"Fusion Oil Change" Joe T and the service crew were very efficient and polite. They had my oil change done quicker than the estimated time. I am very happy with the service at Larry Hill's. They are the only dealer that has worked on our 2010 Fusion. We have over 103,000 miles on this car and it still averages 34.0 MPG. Thanks for the great service
"Best dealer ever" I can into the dealer not knowing if I could get a car or bot. Jim was amazing and helped me find the right car for my needs. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and better at finding an amazing deal that fit perfectly into my budget. When you go to look for a new car do yourself a favor and give Larry hill imports a chance to earn your business. And make sure to ask for Jim he is the best salesman I know! I will be a repeat customer here.
