"Best dealer ever" I can into the dealer not knowing if I could get a car or bot. Jim was amazing and helped me find the right car for my needs. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and better at finding an amazing deal that fit perfectly into my budget. When you go to look for a new car do yourself a favor and give Larry hill imports a chance to earn your business. And make sure to ask for Jim he is the best salesman I know! "Service Department Associate Jerry Johnson" I purchased a 2015 F-150 from Larry Hill Ford. The truck was scheduled to have a bed liner sprayed in at Line-X. Since I had no way to get home, I requested assistance from the salesman. He introduced me to a very friendly, pleasant Service Associate named Jerry Johnson. Mr. Johnson was more than happy to take me home and did so immediately. Mr. Johnson is an asset to Larry Hill Ford and is to be commended for his pleasing attitude. Thanks to Jerry Johnson!
"Great buying experience" Always dredded buying a car from a dealership until now. Jason Dolch was upfront and honest in all aspects of my car deal. He did suggest diffrent options but in the end understood my needs and was not pushy. Also there were no surprises from the finance department. Again suggestive and informative but not pushy.
"Mike Bartlett is the Man that Can!" My experience with Larry Hill Imports was absolutely the most awesome experience. "amazing service" Larry hill Ford in Cleveland is definitely the way to go. They made buying my first New car very fun and were very clear when explaining things.
